Assessment Centre before founding a business for ZGS-Consult

In the program, people interested in founding a company are supported by a four-day assessment before the start-up.

We carry out the assessment on behalf of zgs consult GmbH. The assessment and the subsequent coaching sessions are financed by the Senate Department for Labor, Integration and Women and the European Social Fund.

The participants first have an orientation interview at ZGS. After that, they are eligible for the four-day assessment. Among other things, the assessment evaluates whether those interested in founding a company can successfully compete on the market with their business idea. In the subsequent coaching over 30 hours, they can refine and further develop their business idea.

During the pandemic, the AC is conducted online. The participants work from home. Technical requirements are a working online access, microphone, computer or laptop and a camera. We work mainly with zoom and google docs/tables.

The goal of the program is to help build a full entrepreneurial existence. The goal of the assessment is to refine the business idea, to determine the coaching ability and to prepare the content for the individual coaching.

The assessment is only offered in German.

That's why this workshop will give you simple tools to competently develop and make strategic decisions.

That's why this workshop will give you simple tools to competently develop and make strategic decisions.

On the first day you will get to know the essential measures in controlling for small and medium-sized enterprises. You will change the perspective several times, take a critical and at the same time solution-oriented look at your company and formulate your most important company goals SMART (specific, measurable, attractive, realistic and scheduled).

The second day is about developing operational perspectives. Among other things, you will learn about the business model "Canvas" and discover how you can strategically lead your company into the future.

This workshop provides you with a good overview of analytical and creative methods that are quick to understand and easy to implement. The small group size provides plenty of time for your own questions and joint discussions.

The workshop can be booked as a corporate event.

The workshop may also be offered online. Knowledge of Zoom and Google docs is an advantage. As technical equipment a laptop or computer with camera and microphone is sufficient.

Compact Workshop Business Plan

Who is your contact person for the business plan? What are your products and services? Where and how do you reach your target customers? In the workshop we answer these and all other questions together and bring them together in the business plan.

You will be able to use predefined Excel lists to create your figures section with a sales and profitability plan as well as a liquidity plan independently, quickly and plausibly.

We provide you with the most important tools to create a business plan. You will receive the essential templates and help to use these templates in a bankable way.

The workshop may also be offered online. Knowledge of Zoom and Google docs is an advantage. As technical equipment a laptop or computer with camera and microphone is sufficient.

Costs: 450 € plus VAT

Duration: 2 days, 16 WS, each from 09:00 to 16:30

Flexible workplaces and meeting rooms for rent

We rent up to two flexible workstations in a room with a total of 36 m².

One workstation is offered for 350 euros per month, net, basis for negotiation. The technical equipment is available except for the PC with WLAN, LAN and printer. Kitchen use is included. Access is possible 24 hours a day.

Yorckstraße 51 is very easy to reach by public transport (U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus). Parking spaces are available in the neighborhood.

The entire room can also be rented for events by the hour or day or for the weekend. Prices range from 30 euros per hour to 150 euros per day, plus VAT.
